A23 sells wine and related products to customers within the EU.
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to purchase products from A23.
At delivery, the courier may request valid photo ID.
If the recipient is under 18 or cannot present valid identification, the delivery may be refused. Any additional return or re-delivery costs may be charged to the customer.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in DKK (or your local currency if applicable) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
Payment is charged at the time of purchase.
A23 reserves the right to correct pricing errors and update prices without notice.
4. Delivery
Delivery time is typically 3–5 business days.
Shipping costs are shown during checkout.
A23 is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as carriers, weather conditions, or customs processes.
5. Returns & Refunds

6. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order.
Products must be returned in unopened, original, and resellable condition unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Costs for returning goods are carried by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
7. Product Availability & Quality
All products are subject to availability.
Wine is a natural product, and slight variations in taste, aroma, or vintage may occur.
Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the delivered item.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

A23 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits your legal consumer rights.
