Delivery Time
All orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Age Requirement (18+)
To purchase products from A23, you must be at least 18 years old.
At the time of delivery, the courier may request valid photo identification.
If the person receiving the delivery is under 18, or cannot provide valid ID, the delivery company is authorized to refuse delivery.
In such cases, the shipment will be returned, and additional delivery or return costs may be charged to the customer.

Eligibility for Returns

All returned products must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resellable condition, unless the return is due to damage or our own error.
Refunds
After your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds typically take 7–10 business days from the date we receive the returned products.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is due to our mistake.
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
