Delivery Times

All orders are shipped within 3–5 business days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please note that processing and delivery times may be slightly longer during holidays or high-volume periods.


Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders through Bring.
Bring handles the full delivery process, including notifications, tracking, and handover to the recipient.

If Bring is unable to deliver—due to incorrect address information, inability to reach the recipient, or age verification issues (recipient must be 18+)—the shipment may be returned to A23. Additional delivery or return costs may apply.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Any customs, duties, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


14-Day Return Policy

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resellable condition unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us immediately at hello@23wines.com, ideally with a photo and order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Age Verification at Delivery

Bring may request valid ID at delivery.
If the recipient is under 18 or cannot provide acceptable identification, Bring may refuse delivery. Additional costs caused by refused delivery may be charged to the customer.
